Important information

GENERAL INFORMATION

• The prices are per day and person, plus local tax in the amount of € 3.20 per person and day from 14 years

• Single room supplement in double room € 30.00
• On request it is also possible to book rooms with bed and breakfast, deduction € 10,00
• The bill can be paid in cash (limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations) or by credit card (Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa).
• Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of € 200,00 per room (within 10 days after reservation).
• Cancellation of a room is only valid in written form
• Rooms can be occupied from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Please leave your room free by 10 am on your day of departure.
• We allow pets on request. We charge € 18,00 per day (for stays of less than 3 days the price is at least 45€). Please understand that your pet is not allowed in the wellness area or the dining room.
  
  

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• A cancellation within 60 days before arrival is free of charge.
• Cancellations from 60 days to 28 days before arrival will be charged with € 200.00 per room.
• From 28 days before arrival will be charged 70% of the total stay booked.
• In case of late arrival or early departures, the room rate for the booked stay will be charged.
