Family Pfeifer

Chef Gerd is the visionary of the family. He loves to spend time with his guests and in the evenings he makes sure there is plenty of good atmosphere at the hotel bar. In former times he was a ski instructor, today he can be found during the winter months mainly in the hotel's own ski cellar.

Dorothea is the heart and soul of the hotel. When she is not fulfilling the wishes of her guests, she likes to go hiking and cross-country skiing in winter. Together with her husband Gerd she founded the Lärchenhof in 2000. 

The young generation

Daughter Lisa feels a special fascination for skiing. Since finishing her diploma studies in International Economics in Innsbruck and Siena, she can be found mainly at the hotel reception. When time permits, she works as a ski instructor.

Daughter Maria is also a passionate sportswoman. The former ski racer is now working as a ski instructor and is studying sports science in Innsbruck. During the semester breaks she works mainly in the ski rental and in the summer she helps in the hotel. 

In case you wonder who is answering the mails and phone calls under the name Peter for some time now. Peter is the partner of Lisa and father of the twins. Since the birth of the twins Peter supports us at the reception and in the administration. He obviously feels comfortable with his new tasks in the hospitality industry.

Anna and Linda, the twins, make sure that we and our guests are not bored.
